Rebecca “Bex” is passionate about supporting teens on their mental health journey and helping them build the tools they need to thrive. She is dedicated to creating inclusive, healing-centered spaces where adolescents feel safe, heard, and empowered.

Bex earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University, with a focus on mental health and supporting youth involved in the juvenile justice and corrections system. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree to continue growing in the field and to better serve underrepresented and underserved communities.

Outside of work, Bex enjoys reading, painting, and playing in community orchestras.
