Mikayla is a senior at Brigham Young University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management with a minor in Healthcare Leadership. She is currently applying to Master of Health Administration programs and plans to build a career in healthcare administration. She is excited to join Summit as a Business Intelligence Intern and contribute to the meaningful, life-changing work being done here.

Mikayla speaks Spanish and is passionate about using data and strategic thinking to support organizations that improve people’s lives. Outside of work and school, she enjoys rock climbing, competing in Spartan races, and watching movies.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys singing, roller skating, crafting, playing guitar, and pickleball. She brings warmth, enthusiasm, and curiosity into her work with adolescents and families and is eager to continue growing within the mental health field.
