Lacey brings 15 years of experience in residential treatment, working with adolescents and their families. Throughout her career, she has grown from mentorship roles into leadership, developing a deep understanding of the challenges teens and families face during difficult seasons of life. 

Lacey loves working with adolescents and believes they are some of the most profound teachers. She feels honored to walk alongside individuals and families on their healing journeys and is passionate about connecting families in crisis with the support, resources, and guidance they need. Through her work in admissions, she strives to ensure families feel supported, understood, and empowered as they take the first steps toward healing. She also values mentoring others, supporting parents, and helping families find hope during challenging times.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, practicing meditation, and teaching yoga at a local studio. She also loves traveling solo and embracing opportunities for personal growth and new experiences.
