Biography

Ferrill holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Brigham Young University. Originally from Bonners Ferry, Idaho’s official “Most Friendly City” in Far North Idaho, Ferrill credits her easy-going and approachable personality to her small-town upbringing. After graduating from BYU and marrying a Utah native, she made her home in the state permanently.

Ferrill worked in international publishing before stepping away to raise her three sons. Life as a stay-at-home mom to three energetic and inquisitive boys was full of chaos and adventure. Once her children grew older and the house grew quieter, she filled her time with hobbies and personal interests. Eventually, craving more connection and a renewed sense of purpose, Ferrill chose to join Summit Counseling Solutions.

She finds deep fulfillment in being part of an organization that positively impacts adolescents and their families. Ferrill especially enjoys greeting clients at the front door each morning and watching their growth throughout the program. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and loves seeing the confidence and joy return to the teens she serves.

Outside of work, Ferrill enjoys gardening, family history research, and all things Christmas. She has a curious nature and often dives deep into topics that spark her interest. Her favorite title, however, is “Grandma,” and she always looks forward to her family’s annual vacation to the Oregon Coast.
