Biography

Elizabeth grew up in the Provo area and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University. She recently completed her Master’s in Social Work at Boise State University. Her clinical experience includes working with women and girls struggling with eating disorders, as well as adults navigating substance use recovery in residential treatment settings. As a therapist, Elizabeth has supported adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns.

Elizabeth brings a calm, grounded presence to her therapeutic work, creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and considers it an honor to support them during such a formative stage of life. Elizabeth believes that all behavior makes sense when viewed through the lens of a person’s life experiences. This belief guides her work in helping clients reduce shame, build self-compassion, and create meaningful change.

Elizabeth is especially interested in helping clients develop resilient self-esteem, improve body image, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and adventuring with her husband. Together, they love hiking, camping, and playing disc golf. She is an avid runner and has coached high school cross country and track for several years. Elizabeth also finds joy in music, art, and always has a creative project in the works.
