Anna graduated from Brigham Young University with a  Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and plans to pursue a Master's program in Human Development. During her undergraduate studies at BYU, she discovered a compelling interest in trauma research, especially after reading The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, which ignited her passion for supporting healing and resilience in others. Beyond her academic pursuits, Anna enjoys listening to music, running, cooking, and thrift shopping.
