Biography
Sandi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience supporting adolescents and families across a wide range of clinical settings and programs. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Idaho State University and her Master of Social Work from Boise State University.
Sandi is deeply passionate about working with teens and finds fulfillment in watching young people set meaningful goals, build independence, and gain confidence in themselves. Her clinical approach emphasizes open and honest communication, curiosity about each individual’s lived experiences, and creating a therapeutic space where clients feel understood and respected. She has particular experience working with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
Looking ahead, Sandi plans to continue working closely with families and hopes to eventually retire with a collection of meaningful memories and positive experiences from the clients she has supported throughout her career.
Outside of work, Sandi enjoys crafting, working on jigsaw puzzles, spending quality time with her family, and going on adventures with her husband. She brings a warm, authentic presence to her work, along with a sarcastic sense of humor.
