Kurt earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Weber State University and had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy, where he focused on art and art history. His thesis centered on the use of art as a therapeutic tool for processing childhood trauma, which reflects his deep belief in the healing power of creative expression.

Kurt is passionate about incorporating art into the therapeutic process and is working toward a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with plans to become certified in Art Therapy. He is grateful to be part of the team at Summit Counseling Solutions and is committed to walking alongside clients on their path to healing and personal growth.

Outside of the office, Kurt enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, and learning about different cultures through travel.
