Kacey Spadafora brings a distinctive blend of operational and creative strength to his role as Director of Product Marketing and Management at Summit Counseling Solutions. A proud graduate of Utah Valley University with a BA in Theatre Arts, Kacey’s theatrical background honed his ability to both envision the broader narrative and delve into meticulous detail. These skills continued to inform his actions and helped shape his professional journey. Kacey has honed his talent and his craft in product development and management, with oversight for millions of dollars in inventory, across a global supply chain. His transition into creative direction allowed him to oversee and organize the creation of video, image, and print content in support of marketing strategy that has successfully helped organizations grow market share by strengthen both brand and product bandwidth across multiple channels and target audiences. Kacey’s multifaceted experience supporting product development from concept through launch along with his appreciation for a wholistic, end-in-mind approach to product development has helped teams successfully ensure that requirements of product development are strategically prioritized, ensuring that the “how” (the project management requirements) and the “why” (the inspiration behind the product) can co-exist without competing.

As a Utah Valley native, Kacey has a deep-rooted connection to the community and strives to serve it where possible, best evidenced in his founding and operating of a non-profit community theatre company in Provo which provided a creative home and welcoming community for many in the area. When not directing or performing in theatrical productions, Kacey can be found playing board games, watching movies, traveling, walking his dog, or pestering his cat.

Kacey’s decision to join Summit Counseling Solutions is grounded in admiration for the organization’s innovative work in the field of adolescent mental health and he couldn’t be more thrilled to be aiding in the expansion and success of the company’s mission.
