Jared fills multiple roles at SCS, performing each one with exceptional proficiency. He networks with various public entities that offer mental and behavioral health services, acts as the director of business development, and is often the first point-of-contact for those considering a day treatment or IOP option. He also oversees social networking and circulates awareness regarding SCS’s programs as the community outreach coordinator. 

Beyond those responsibilities, Jared manages IT issues involving network, computer, and software logistics. It falls to him to address facilities maintenance matters, repairing or constructing whatever is required in order to better accommodate the needs of the staff, youth, and their families at SCS. 

Collaborating with others to achieve an objective and building interpersonal ties by communicating and connecting with others are qualities Jared manifests and values. 

For Jared, his involvement in an effort that leads to meaningful transformation in the lives of adolescents is immensely satisfying. As he witnesses a youth’s ability to implement the tools and skills learned through treatment and successfully apply new responses, the weight and scope of his roles take on meaning and value.

Shifting from one expectation to another with fluidity and confidence is an ability that serves Jared well considering the various roles he fills at SCS. He is ever eager to meet whatever concern may arise with a high standard of excellence.
