Cole earned his Bachelor of Social Work from Utah Valley University and is currently completing his Master of Social Work at the University of Kentucky. After graduation, he plans to work in community based settings and eventually move into policy advocacy with the goal of strengthening systems that protect and support children. He hopes to obtain his Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential and continue growing as a social worker throughout his career.

Cole is especially excited to work with and mentor adolescents who may be navigating uncertainty, fear, and transition. He has experience working with teens as well as supporting neurodivergent individuals. He speaks Portuguese and is currently learning Spanish, which helps him connect with a broader range of individuals and families.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys playing sports, 3D printing, reading a good book, and spending time with his wife and daughter. He brings curiosity, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose to his work with youth and families.
