Biography

Cade is a Utah native who grew up in Orem and has spent most of his life in Utah Valley. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and completed his Master of Social Work at the University of Utah.

Cade brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Before becoming a therapist, he worked primarily in residential treatment with adolescents, where he supported individuals facing challenges related to trauma, neurodiversity, attachment, and substance use. During his graduate training, he worked with survivors of trafficking and in the public school system. Since graduating, Cade has continued working with youth in residential settings and has also provided therapy for adults experiencing depression and anxiety. He has volunteered with the Center for Women and Children in Crisis and is passionate about community involvement and advocacy.

Cade is dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal. He values authentic connection and believes in meeting clients where they are.

Outside of work, Cade enjoys spending time with his wife and their young son. He loves being outdoors, especially fishing, skiing, snowboarding, golfing, and walking to the park. He also enjoys playing board games and video games with friends and family.
