Amanda is a Clinical Intern at Summit Counseling Solutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work with a specialization in mental health at the University of Utah.

Her professional experience includes working with English Language Learners in Utah, where she supported refugee students and developed classroom programs to address their social and emotional learning needs. Amanda was drawn to the field of social work after observing the need for empathetic advocacy, professional treatment, and meaningful support. She is passionate about advancing social and political advocacy for vulnerable populations.

Outside of her professional and academic work, Amanda enjoys watercolor painting, art, hiking, reading, and playing piano.
